If the item you have purchased doesn’t work correctly you can follow the next steps to try and resolve the issue.
1. Review the download documentation
In the .zip file you have purchased there is a documentation file with explanations regarding how to work with the code and handle it. Make sure you read carefully through the instructions and try to see if you find the desired solution in that file.
